Product Description
The Argan Tree, Argania spinosa from Sapotaceae family and grows only in Morocco. The trees can live from 150-200 years. For centuries traditional cosmetic products produced from Argania spinosa have been a well kept secret known only to Berber women in Morocco. Argan oil is believed to be one of the rarest oils in the world.
To produce Argan oil for cosmetic use, freshly harvested kernels from the fruit of the Argan tree are pressed and filtered through an organic cotton sieve, to extract the aromatic oil. The Argan oil is easily absorbed by the skin. This form of Argan oil is used for the treatment of dermatologic disease (acne, etc). Argan oil extracted by this method is used in Aromatherapy. In Europe, Argan oil has been used in the Aromatherapy industry for a long time, but for some reason it is not well known in the United States and is unavailable in retail stores.
Argan oil has almost twice as much vitamin E or a-tocopherol as olive oil and it is much richer in linoleic acids. Its anti-ageing properties, due to high levels of vitamin E and saponins (which soften the skin), are well documented.
Tocopherols are very important to human health because of their anti-oxidant actions and free radical scavenger affects. In traditional Moroccan medicine, Argan oil is used for the care of the body and face to counteract the effects of age or weather.

This is nice. It has a strange smell but the smell doesn't linger. Makes your skin feel great. It's kind of hard to get out of the bottle without shaking it vigorously, but it isn't any drawback since the product is well worth it. It is a great emollient for skin without harmful and irritating chemicals. All natural is the way to go if you really want your skin to heal and be refined. You can also use it on your nails and hair.

After reading about the wonders of raw argan oil, this was the first product I purchased. I loved it from the beginning - including the pleasant nutty smell, the good absorption by the skin and the difference it made on my face. Combined with unprocessed shea butter, it makes a far superior skin moisturizer than expensive highly processed creams and lotions. Surely will stick with it.
I liked it so much that I sent small bottles for Christmas to female friends above 30.

This product feels great on my skin, and I love its fresh, natural fragrance. I haven't used it enough yet to notice much change is diminished fine lines, but I can tell it is a great moisturizer. I was expecting a larger bottle, but I have found that just a little of this oil goes a long way. I have been using the oil for several weeks and the bottle is still nearly full.

This is a must have!!! Has many uses for your entire body. Doesn't leave your skin oily. Try mixing with lotions and creams for more moisture.

I was amazed at how fast this order was processed and shipped. It only took 3 days to receive my order from the date of placement. High quality care was taken in the packaging, and the product is fantastic! I am a diabetic and suffer from very intense itching skin. Up until this product arrived, I had been using the oil from Vitamin E capsules for relief, but couldn't stand smelling like a fish all day, nor could I stand how greasy I felt! This 100% raw organic Argan oil penetrated my skin, and left it feeling very soft without the greasy, oily feel. My feet haven't felt this good in years, and I'm very pleased I purchased this product! I will definately buy more when this bottle runs out!
